You will lead evidence-based capability development, connect insights across the TAC, and guide measurable investments to improve performance and readiness. Flexible hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and capability strategy, capability planning or organisational development.
• Knowledge of contemporary learning methodologies, capability frameworks and performance improvement practices.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide learning initiatives with measurable outcomes.
