Right now, we’re seeking a Senior Consultant, Learning and Capability who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. That’s truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.
As Senior Consultant, Learning and Capability, you will partner with senior leaders, Business Partners and People, Culture and Engagement colleagues to translate business needs and future capability requirements into targeted learning and development strategies, initiatives and investments.
You will provide specialist expertise in learning strategy, capability development and organisational learning, leading contemporary, scalable and measurable solutions that support performance improvement and organisational readiness. You will also shape enterprise learning and capability frameworks, connect capability insights across the TAC, and use evidence to guide investment and continuously improve outcomes.
Reporting to the Senior Consultant, Future Workforce Design, this role sits within the People Capability Branch in the People & Culture division. You will join a collaborative, supportive and outcomes-focused team that is passionate about enabling the TAC and its people to thrive.
You will be supported by a manager who promotes a highly engaged, trusting and inclusive team culture.
