Job summary

TAC in Geelong seeks an Executive General Manager, Planning Change and Assurance. You will lead the Planning, Change and Assurance Division, guiding a strategic portfolio and a team of three direct reports to deliver value aligned with the organisation's strategy.

As a trusted adviser to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board, you will shape investment decisions, drive enterprise transformation and ensure governance and delivery of TAC's priorities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise portfolio management, strategic planning and assurance, translating strategy into a prioritised investment portfolio.
• Ability to deliver measurable value and outcomes through aligned investments and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planning, Change and Assurance Division and oversee a significant enterprise portfolio.
• Provide independent advisory services to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board to support decision-making.
• Govern, prioritise and deliver TAC's strategic priorities with effective governance.
