Job summary

Transport Accident Commission (TAC) in Geelong is seeking an Executive General Manager, Planning Change and Assurance to lead the Planning, Change and Assurance Division and align investments with strategy.

Reporting to the CEO, you will advise the Board on enterprise portfolio management, transformation programs and funding decisions. This is a full-time, 3-year fixed term role with hybrid work options and an attractive executive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise portfolio management and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into an integrated portfolio of investments.
• Strong advisory experience with CEOs, ELT and Boards on complex strategic progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership of the Planning Change and Assurance Division and align priorities with strategy.
• Advise the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board on investment decisions and governance at scale.
• Oversee delivery confidence, prioritisation and value realisation across the portfolio.
