Right now, we’re seeking a Senior Consultant, Future Workforce Design who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. As Senior Consultant, Future Workforce Design, you will work closely with Business Partners and business leaders to translate strategic priorities, operating model changes and technology modernisation into practical future workforce plans.
Bringing specialist expertise in workforce forecasting and design, capability planning and scenario analysis, you will identify how work will change, the capabilities the TAC will need and the actions required to move from the current to future workforce. You will facilitate strategic workforce planning, develop evidence-based scenarios, assess workforce gaps and risks, and recommend practical transition strategies using levers such as build, buy, borrow, redeploy, redesign and automate.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning and Capability, this role sits within the People Capability Branch in the People & Culture division. You will join a collaborative, supportive and outcomes-focused team that is passionate about enabling the TAC and its people to thrive.
