Indigenous Business Australia is seeking a Senior Manager People and Planning to lead the agency’s workforce planning, analytics, payroll and recruitment operations from the PPC directorate. You will provide strategic advice to the Board and Executives, translating workforce data into actionable insights to support sustainability and informed decision-making.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive governance of workforce information and partner across the business to align people strategy

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading strategic workforce planning initiatives, including forecasting and risk management.
Proven expertise in people analytics, workforce reporting and data interpretation.
Ability to lead system and process enhancements while preserving payroll integrity.
Strong strategic thinker with capacity to identify trends and develop innovative solutions.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing across diverse groups.

Responsabilités

Lead development, implementation and evaluation of the agency’s workforce planning framework.
Provide strategic advice on workforce composition, succession planning and talent requirements.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities and craft recommendations.
Oversee collection and interpretation of workforce data to support decision making.
Deliver high-quality workforce reporting, dashboards and insights for governance bodies.
