Indigenous Business Australia seeks a Senior Manager People and Planning to lead the development and delivery of the agency's workforce planning framework, ensuring capability aligns with current and future business needs. You will oversee analytics and reporting to inform strategic decisions at the Board, Executive, and governance committees.

The role also covers recruitment operations and payroll governance, driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and delivery of the agency's workforce planning framework to ensure workforce capability aligns with current and future business needs.
• Oversee workforce analytics and reporting, providing evidence-based insights for strategic decisions at Board, Executive and governance committee levels.
• Oversee recruitment operations and payroll governance, driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and service delivery.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate across the agency to identify workforce risks and opportunities, develop workforce solutions, and ensure compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
