Job summary

A multidisciplinary team will report to you as you collaborate across the agency to identify risks and implement workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the workforce planning framework to align capability with business needs.
• Oversee workforce analytics and reporting to inform Board and Executive decision-making.
• Drive recruitment operations and payroll governance with continuous system and process improvements.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate across the agency to identify workforce risks and solutions.
