Job summary

Bayer is seeking a seasoned commercial professional to drive the Grocery channel partnership with Woolworths in Australia. You will lead customer growth plans, oversee investment strategies, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to secure sustainable growth and profitability.

You will leverage data insights and tools to optimize promotional programs, forecast performance and deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing customer accounts in FMCG/Consumer Health/Grocery or related industry.
• Experience working with major retailers, wholesalers or banner groups.
• Strong commercial acumen with trade investment, profitability and promotional effectiveness.
• Proven success developing and executing customer growth strategies and business plans.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience using Circana/IRI, Nielsen, Quantium, Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual customer growth plans for Woolworths.
• Deliver sales, profit, distribution, market share and investment targets.
• Lead customer planning, forecasting, joint business planning and commercial reviews.
• Build relationships across Woolworths commercial, category, merchandising, replenishment and digital teams.
• Identify growth opportunities through customer, category and shopper insights.
• Manage promotional programs, trade investment and customer profitability.
• Apply Revenue Growth Management principles to improve ROI.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure best-in-class execution of customer initiatives.
• Lead forecasting, performance reviews and commercial governance activities.
• Contribute to broader Grocery channel strategy and squad priorities.
