Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing a major national retail or grocery account.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to interpret sales performance and profit drivers.
• Proven experience developing and executing Joint Business Plans and customer strategies.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Woolworths account delivering sales, profitability and market share.
• Develop and maintain a robust Joint Business Plan with value for Woolworths and Opella.
• Build senior-level relationships with Woolworths stakeholders through reviews and planning.
• Lead forecasting and provide inputs into demand planning and business reviews.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to unlock growth and ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply and eCommerce to execute plans.
