Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a commercially savvy National Account Manager - Grocery to lead day-to-day relationships with Australia’s leading grocery retailers, Woolworths and Coles, and drive profitable growth across key accounts.

Based in Macquarie Park, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to implement consumer-focused sales initiatives and successful in-store and online launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or related discipline.
• 3+ years FMCG experience in national account management or category management, ideally with Woolworths/Coles.
• Proven experience developing and delivering JBPs, range reviews and promotional plans.
• Strong negotiation, commercial and financial skills, including trade spend and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Account Leadership: be the primary day-to-day contact for Woolworths and Coles, building trusted partnerships.
• Joint Business Planning: develop and deliver JBPs and track progress with regular reporting.
• Category Captaincy: use shopper/consumer insights to position Link Snacks and run category workshops.
• Range and Promotional Planning: lead range reviews, calendars and negotiations with internal teams.
• Sales, Trade Spend and Forecasting: deliver sales/margin targets; manage trade investment and 12-month forecast.
