Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking a senior National Accounts Lead to own Woolworths Group business end to end in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll sit in the senior sales team as the grocery channel leader, overseeing range reviews, profitability cases, and the category story with the customer.

Based in Melbourne with hybrid working and regular Sydney travel, the role offers an attractive package including car allowance and bonus, reflecting seniority and key growth priority accounts.

Qualifications

• National account experience with Woolworths and/or Coles, ideally including category management exposure.
• Commercially sharp, comfortable building P&Ls, trade investment and profitability without a big finance team.
• Strong category capability to lead range reviews and build a fact-based story.
• Confident negotiator who builds trusted relationships from buyer to Category Manager level.
• Self-sufficient and resilient; you get things done without layers of support.
• Experienced Coles or Woolworths buyers/Category Managers open to supplier side

Responsibilities

• Own the Woolworths Group business end to end across Woolworths Australia, Woolworths New Zealand, Woolworths Online and Big W.
• Lead range reviews, build opportunity and profitability cases, and tell the category story to the customer.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities and act as the grocery channel leader within the senior sales team.
• Drive the calendar of reviews and deliver impact early for the customer and the business.
