Formación

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification, with experience managing Mid-Market or Commercial client portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and the Australian insurance market.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client, insurer and underwriter relationships
• Commercially minded with a focus on client retention, portfolio growth and identifying new opportunities
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage renewals, placements and competing priorities while delivering exceptional client outcomes

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Mid-Market and Commercial clients.
• Provide strategic insurance and risk management advice tailored to client needs.
• Oversee renewals, placements and insurer negotiations to achieve strong outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and key market contacts.
• Drive portfolio growth through cross-selling, new business development and pipeline management.
