Qualifications

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification, with experience managing Mid-Market or Commercial client portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and the Australian insurance market.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client, insurer and underwriter relationships
• Commercially minded with a focus on client retention, portfolio growth and identifying new opportunities
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage renewals, placements and competing priorities while delivering exceptional client outcomes

About the role

This is a genuine broking and client management role. As an Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing insurance and risk management advice, overseeing renewals, placements, insurer negotiations, and ongoing service. You will also support portfolio growth through business development, networking and identifying new client opportunities.
