Qualifications

• Proven experience in client servicing and business development, ideally within insurance or financial services.
• Strong sales acumen with a strategic approach to targeted selling.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Tier 1 qualification is desirable or willingness to complete in first 6 months (Gallagher supported).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and underwriters.
• Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring needs are met with innovative insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and insurers to deliver tailored outcomes.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Support claims personnel in negotiating equitable settlements for clients.
• Uphold Gallagher’s reputation by consistently applying ethical and professional standards.
