Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Business Improvement Lead to drive end-to-end operational transformations across people, processes and technology. You will lead diagnostics, identify inefficiencies, and deliver sustainable commercial outcomes across our retail network.

You will shape the project pipeline, present actionable business cases to steering committees, and partner with retail operations, technology and support functions to embed new operating models.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in business or process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational transformation.
• Practical experience leading workstreams using structured problem-solving and Lean Six Sigma frameworks.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills, with confidence facilitating workshops and influencing stakeholders from store teams to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical acumen using Excel and process-modelling tools, with the ability to link operational changes to bottom-line value.
• Bachelor's degree qualification; willingness to travel interstate and regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Review baseline operational profiles, ways of working, and retail store workflows; perform impact analyses, time-in-motion studies, and data reviews to identify value creation and optimisation opportunities.
• Define business problems, test process options through work trials and simulation, and collaborate with operational teams to validate practical solutions.
• Synthesize complex diagnostic data into clear dive-deep packs and executive steering committee presentations with robust ROI and size-of-prize estimates.
• Partner across retail operations, technology, and support functions to implement streamlined processes, ensuring high adoption, compliance, and benefit realisation.
• Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies, conduct capability training, and contribute to building a Centre of Excellence (COE) model across the group.
