Job summary

Endeavour Group in Australia is seeking a Programme Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of a high-impact portfolio of store and support optimisation initiatives across the group.

Reporting to the Specialty and Support Head of Optimisation Retail & Support, you will lead cross-functional teams, champion process improvements, manage cost, risks, and benefits, and build sustainable capability for the future.

This is an 18-month fixed-term contract with hybrid work options in Sydney or Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Graduate, bachelor degree as a minimum.
• Experience leading transformation and business programs.
• Strong planning, problem solving and analytical ability.
• Experience with agile and/or waterfall project delivery.
• Certification in Prince2 or PMP is desirable.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities discovery and develop a program portfolio.
• Deliver changes across multiple business units and brands.
• Manage projects to time, budget and quality.
• Establish and deliver business benefits against business cases.
• Identify, manage risks, issues, and interdependencies.
• Report on costs and benefits; maintain stakeholder confidence.
