Super Retail Group in Brisbane is seeking an Operations Excellence Specialist to lead initiatives that transform our Distribution Centre operations and wider supply chain, focusing on safety, cost, productivity and service.

Reporting to the National Operations Excellence Manager, you will embed a culture of continuous improvement, benchmark performance, and introduce new technologies across our network. The role suits a results-driven professional with Lean Six Sigma certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, DC or FC environments.
• Proven ability to lead and support change initiatives.
• Strong track record delivering continuous improvement with root cause analysis.

Responsabilités

• Deliver key milestones of the Supply Chain strategy and identify further opportunities for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to re-engineer business processes toward a LEAN structure across the network.
• Contribute to training standards to support operational standards across DC operations.
• Define target service standards and identify improvements to meet them.
• Lead on implementation and operating model changes to support efficiencies.
