Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking an Operations Excellence Specialist to drive continuous improvement across Distribution Centre (DC) operations and the wider supply chain. You will lead Lean initiatives, standardize processes, benchmark performance, and explore new technologies to boost safety, cost, productivity and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or DC/FC environments.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Root cause analysis and sustainable solutions experience.
• Lean/Lean Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Delivering key milestones of the Supply Chain strategy and identifying further opportunities that will drive operational excellence.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to re-engineer business processes towards a LEAN structure that is consistent across the network.
• Contributing to identifying training standards priorities to support operational standards across DC Operations.
• Defining target service standards for the operation and identifying improvements to deliver to standards.
• Leading on implementation and identification of operating model changes to support efficiencies.
