Job summary

Leading retailer seeks a Business Improvement Lead to simplify store operations and help leaders manage multiple locations. You will map processes, identify bottlenecks and develop a practical improvement roadmap using data from frontline teams, then lead the implementation across sites.

You will design clear operating rhythms and decision-making frameworks for multi-site leadership, test improvements in a live retail environment and measure impact on leadership capacity and store performance.

Qualifications

• Lean background is required.
• Strong process mapping, data analysis and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
• Experience in retail or other operational environments (manufacturing, supply chain, etc.) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Map operational processes, identify bottlenecks and simplifications.
• Develop a practical improvement roadmap using data and stakeholder input.
• Design operating rhythms, decision-making frameworks and tools for multi-site leaders.
• Design, test and implement improvements in a live retail environment.
