Victoria Police is seeking an HR Business Analyst and Project Co-ordinator for the North West Metro Region in Melbourne. The role blends business analysis with project coordination, focusing on strategic workforce management and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will lead analytics initiatives, interpret legislation and policies, and work with stakeholders to deliver timely, fit-for-purpose solutions within an agile environment.

Formación

• Experience with agile practices and delivering timely fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Proven ability to influence business plans through strategic analysis for regional HR management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and analyse complex information.
• Experience with analytics/reporting platforms (SAS/SQL/Power BI) would be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, define expectations, allocate work, monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Interpret legislation, workforce agreements, policies and explain them to stakeholders.
• Undertake research and statistical analysis using modelling techniques on HR drivers and practices.
• Prepare high-level reports on Regions HR performance identifying trends and issues.
• Develop and analyse databases for timely collection and storage of HR data.
• Monitor and report progress of assigned projects to meet milestones per the Project Plan.
