Victoria Police is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic guidance and support across client portfolios within the Workplace Relations, Partnering and Inclusion Division. The role involves working with senior leaders, advising on performance, wellbeing and organisational change, and delivering practical HR solutions aligned to business aims.

The position is based at the Victoria Police Centre, Docklands, with potential travel across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

Formación

• Experience in business partnering or a similar role advising leaders and designing HR solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of client groups, giving senior leaders strategic advice and support on complex people matters.
• Develop practical solutions that align with organisational objectives and business plans.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, recruitment approaches, organisational structures and strategic initiatives.
• Coach executives and senior managers to implement HR strategies and resolve complex people issues early.
• Work with HR colleagues and specialist teams to deliver consistent solutions that support common goals.
