Job summary

Wonil Hotel Perth, part of the Accor group, is seeking a Sales & Events Manager. You will drive proactive sales efforts, nurture current and new business opportunities, and promote the Wonil brand in a dynamic hospitality setting.

This role focuses on leveraging events and sales expertise to grow revenue, build partnerships, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-profile Perth venue.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Conference & Events or Sales Coordination.
• Experience engaging and negotiating with stakeholders.
• Ability to research markets and identify new opportunities.
• Focus on delivering memorable guest experiences in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Forge and nurture connections with clients, planners, and organisers to secure bookings and repeat business.
• Explore new business opportunities across market segments through market research.
• Provide revenue and room-night data and conduct quarterly reviews with key accounts.
• Craft customised event proposals and finalize contracts with terms, pricing, and event specifics.
• Negotiate terms for RFPs, groups, and events.
• Represent the Wonil brand at trade shows and conduct site inspections with clients.
