Job summary

Zenith Hotels is seeking a Group Senior HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover based at our Rydalmere Head Office with regular travel to Western Sydney venues. You will partner with General Managers and leaders to manage recruitment, ER, performance, engagement and development across 9 venues in a fast-paced hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a generalist HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment across multiple roles and locations.
• Strong experience in employee relations, performance management and employee engagement.
• Ability to provide clear, practical HR advice to managers and senior leaders.
• Excellent organisation, communication, problem solving and attention to detail.
• HR qualification such as Cert IV, Diploma or degree in HR or related discipline.
• Hospitality or high-volume operational environment experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across our venues, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Partner with General Managers and leaders on employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, communication and action plans across the Group.
• Lead and continuously improve induction and onboarding framework for new team members.
• Partner with venues on learning, development and compliance training to build necessary skills.
• Support HR Administrator and prioritise workflows to ensure responsive HR service; travel to Western Sydney venues as needed.
