Experian is seeking a Strategic Account Director based in Sydney or Melbourne to lead its Government portfolio, driving growth, engagement and revenue through existing and new opportunities. You will tailor solutions from our Decisioning software, Credit Bureau data, Open Banking, and Fraud & ID offerings to public sector clients.

The role emphasizes strategic upselling, client focus, and delivering outcomes with a trusted advisor approach across federal and state panels.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years selling into Government.
• History in complex sales and solutions.
• Team-oriented with enthusiastic outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand relationships across 40+ government accounts.
• Identify growth within accounts and pursue new opportunities.
• Take commercial lead to win bids.
• Align Experian's value with client business drivers.
• Champion Experian values.
• Maintain and grow revenue footprint within strategic accounts.
• Become a trusted advisor for customers and SMEs.
