Job summary
The Hospital Research Foundation Group (THRF Group) is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO, Deputy CEO and CFO, and to assist with governance across Group Boards and Committees. This role sits at the heart of our Adelaide-based operations, coordinating complex calendars, communications, and strategic engagements.

Qualifications
- Experience providing executive-level support and board/secretariat functions.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication with governance experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive diaries and calendars.
- Prepare meetings with agendas, briefings and background information.
- Coordinate governance papers, minutes and board materials.
- Support relationships with government, donors and partners.
- Assist with director appointments, induction and development.
