• Experience in strategy development and corporate planning.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear value for stakeholders and the organisation.

• Excellent communication for Executive, Board and external audiences.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual strategic and corporate planning for 1–3 year priorities.
• Align priorities with divisional plans, financial outcomes, and investments.
• Develop justifications linking initiatives to stakeholder value and organisational outcomes.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in planning and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare Board and Executive strategy materials and mentor junior team members.
