Responsibilities

• Lead AEMO's annual strategic and corporate planning process, translating long-term strategy into 1–3 year priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to align strategic priorities with divisional plans and investment decisions.
• Develop compelling justifications for strategic initiatives linking to stakeholder value and organisational outcomes.
• Oversee strategic performance reporting, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement in planning and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare high-quality Board and Executive materials and mentor junior team members.
