Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator (ONRSR) is seeking a Risk and Compliance Partner to lead risk identification, assessment and mitigation across the organisation. The role focuses on embedding a risk-based decision culture and ensuring WHS compliance and governance.

You will develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk framework, maintain risk registers and prepare reports for governance committees, while educating senior leaders and facilitating risk planning sessions.

Formación

• Extensive experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
• Experience with Commonwealth and State Health & Safety compliance at an Enterprise level.
• Ability to educate and influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and risk planning sessions.
• Proficiency in risk management software (e.g. Protecht).

Responsabilidades

• Lead initiatives to identify, assess and mitigate organisational risks, including wellbeing of employees.
• Develop and implement an Enterprise Risk Framework across ONRSR in line with relevant Standards.
• Maintain the enterprise risk registers and conduct risk reviews with stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and manage psychosocial risks in the workplace with the People & Capability team.
• Monitor and review psychosocial risk management strategies and adjust as needed.
• Prepare high-quality enterprise risk reports for committees and executives.
• Secretariat role for the ONRSR Risk Committee and manage papers/minutes.
• Conduct internal risk assessments and recommend risk reduction solutions.
• Deliver projects for systems to identify, record, monitor, report and mitigate risk and compliance.
• Provide policy recommendations to ensure compliant operations.
