Job summary

NiCE is seeking an Account Executive to lead sales across a defined territory in Australia. You will engage C-level executives, collaborate with presales and engineering teams, and drive growth by expanding into untapped markets while building long-term customer relationships.

The role focuses on guiding customers through complex software solutions, designing strategic account plans, and partnering with alliances to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably selling complex software solutions.
• Experience in Customer AI, Contact Center (CX), or system integration sales is highly regarded.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and managing large, complex sales cycles.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for a national territory of accounts, deploying country and regional resources to maximize business potential.
• Drive revenue growth by engaging with C-level and senior decision-makers, ensuring quarterly and annual targets are met.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, understanding their business, priorities, and structures.
• Develop and execute sales and account strategies, including strategic account plans and marketing initiatives.
• Partner closely with Solution Engineers, Consulting Professionals, and Technical Service Engineers to deliver value at every stage of the customer journey.
• Design and support roadmaps for large-scale implementations of NiCE systems and services.
• Work with partners and alliances to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong network of internal and external relationships to facilitate collaboration and success.
• Lead sales, presales, engineering, and support efforts within accounts to achieve business goals.
