Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Enterprise and Strategic selling teams in Sydney. You’ll support senior account directors, learn through exposure to complex sales cycles, and gain the capabilities needed for future quota-carrying roles.

You will contribute strategically by advancing key motions, uncovering opportunities, and helping drive momentum within high‑value accounts, with mentorship and platform to accelerate growth in Enterprise Sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ Grad Scheme or SaaS sales experience.
• Experience in end-to-end sales including pipeline creation and deal closure.
• Ability to multi-thread conversations and engage with executives.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sales activities for existing opportunities.
• Coordinate with Account Executives on strategic actions to drive growth.
• Generate incremental pipeline and accelerate deal cycles.
• Help expand accounts through cross-sell motions.
