Westpac Group is seeking a Director, Delivery Policy & Standards to strengthen governance, policy and control environments underpinning the Catalyst delivery model. You will design and own the knowledge management architecture and information management strategy and maintain reference materials including Delivery Playbook content.

You will lead the Enterprise Delivery Policy and WDLC Procedure, ensuring they remain robust and aligned to regulatory obligations while partnering with Delivery,

• Demonstrated experience spanning policy, risk, governance or control monitoring and delivery or large-scale transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own the knowledge management architecture and information management strategy.
• Maintain up-to-date reference material and collateral, including Delivery Playbook development and maintenance.
• Lead development and oversight of the Enterprise Delivery Policy and WDLC Procedure, ensuring alignment to regulatory obligations.
• Embed consistent controls and assurance across Delivery Units and support transition to scaled agile delivery.
