Westpac in Sydney is seeking a Director, Delivery Policy & Standards to strengthen governance, policy and control environments that underpin the Catalyst delivery model. You will design and own the knowledge management architecture and information management strategy, maintaining up-to-date reference material and collateral including the Delivery Playbook.

The role leads development of Enterprise Delivery Policy and WDLC procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations and the Three

Formación

• Experience spanning policy, risk, governance or control monitoring and delivery or large-scale transformation.
• Expertise in risk and control frameworks within regulated financial services.
• Strong knowledge of APRA prudential standards and CPS 220.
• Experience embedding controls across complex transformation, BAU compliance and audits.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead across Delivery, Risk and Audit.

Responsabilidades

• Strengthen governance, policy and control environment underpinning Westpac’s Catalyst delivery model.
• Design and own knowledge management architecture and information strategy.
• Develop and maintain reference material including the Delivery Playbook.
• Lead Enterprise Delivery Policy, WDLC procedures and related standards.
• Embed robust controls and assurance across Delivery Units; support scaled agile delivery.
