Job summary

Westpac’s Catalyst program is expanding its delivery measurement and reporting capabilities. You’ll build and operate an interconnected metrics and reporting flow that underpins delivery governance, performance, and continuous improvement across delivery, technology and performance teams.

You’ll define and evolve delivery metrics, improve data quality and automation, and lead a high-performing analytics unit to deliver trusted, decision-ready insights for Delivery Units, the Executive team and

Qualifications

Experience designing and leading delivery measurement frameworks within large organisations.
Analytical and problem-solving capability to translate data into insights.
Experience with portfolio and delivery management tooling and reporting platforms.
Executive and Board reporting and governance expertise.
Proven people leadership building analytics teams.

Responsibilities

Build and operate interconnected delivery metrics and reporting capability.
Improve data quality, automation and analytics across delivery, tech and performance teams.
Lead a high-performing analytics and reporting team focused on trusted insights.
