Job summary

Westpac Group in Sydney is seeking a Director, Model Integrity & Blueprint to lead the Catalyst delivery model design and governance. You will steer Delivery Units, Release Trains and Squads, and chair executive-level Delivery Councils to enable strategic decisions.

You will own the authoritative model blueprint, set design guardrails, and assess whether the model operates as intended. Prepare clear options and recommendations for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong operating model and organisation design experience in complex environments.
• Proven ability to shape governance, ownership and design guardrails.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive packs and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cadence of Delivery Councils and strategic decisions on Catalyst model evolution.
• Own the authoritative model blueprint and assess adherence to design.
• Prepare decision-ready materials for senior leaders and stakeholders.
