Westpac is seeking a Manager, Product Practice Operations in Sydney to lead initiatives that enhance product ownership capability, standard adoption, and practitioner experience. You will partner with Product Practice Leads, Product Owners and Delivery Units to embed the Practice’s ways of working and support the Product Owner community across Westpac.

Key activities include coordinating learning and onboarding, maintaining resources, and producing governance insights.

Qualifications

• Experience as a practitioner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Influence stakeholders through expertise and credibility.
• Ability to coach, facilitate, and deliver learning for Product Owners.

Responsabilités

• Standards Adoption: Supports Product Owners to apply standards, playbooks and reference patterns.
• Capability and Community: Coordinates learning, workshops, coaching and Product Owner onboarding, including maintaining practice resources, tools, templates and materials.
• Practice Operations: Produce Practice reporting, insights and governance inputs.
