- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of digital technologies, enterprise systems, data, automation and AI.
- Track record delivering customer-focused outcomes and continuous improvement.
