Qualifications

• Strong experience in business analysis and process improvement.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and translate needs into requirements.
• Experience delivering or supporting projects and system improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
• Understanding of how systems support service delivery.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
