Job summary

BDO Brisbane is seeking a Manager in our Digital Advisory team to lead digital strategy, technology advisory and transformation engagements across government, private and not-for-profit sectors. You will work with Cyber Security, Data & AI, Strategy & Transformation specialists to deliver integrated solutions.

You will bring 5+ years in technology consulting, strong analytic and communication skills, and a client‑facing mindset to drive delivery and growth within a leading professional services

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in technology consulting, advisory, project management, PMO or related technology delivery roles.
• Experience delivering ICT projects, programs or technology-enabled change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project and program delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and lifecycle concepts.
• Experience assessing technology risks and developing practical recommendations.
• Ability to develop digital and ICT strategies, operating models and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital strategy, technology modernisation, business case, procurement and transformation engagements to support client objectives.
• Manage engagement workstreams including planning, stakeholder engagement, analysis, reporting and presentation of outcomes.
• Build trusted client relationships and deliver engagements within scope, budget and timeframe.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations and briefings communicating findings and recommendations.
• Support business development activities including proposals, scoping and client presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Stay informed on industry trends and leading practices in Digital Advisory.
