Job summary

BDO in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Manager to join the Digital Advisory team, delivering digital strategy, technology advisory, and transformation engagements across government, private and not-for-profit sectors. You will work with Cyber Security, Data & AI, Strategy & Transformation specialists to provide integrated solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology consulting, advisory, project management or related technology delivery roles.
• Strong client engagement and analytical delivery skills with ICT operation knowledge.
• Familiarity with delivery frameworks such as PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, MoP, P3M3, Gateway Reviews.
• Ability to develop digital and ICT strategies, operating models and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to facilitate workshops and present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital strategy, technology modernisation, business case, procurement and transformation engagements to support client objectives.
• Manage engagement workstreams from planning, stakeholder engagement, analysis and reporting.
• Build trusted client relationships and deliver engagements within scope, budget and timeframe.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations and briefings communicating findings and recommendations.
• Support business development activities including proposals, scoping and client presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to grow Digital Advisory.
