Brisbane City Council is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead ICT procurement, sourcing, commercial and contract management activities. The role focuses on supporting the Modern ERP Program and ICT procurement across Council, translating business needs into sourcing strategies and commercial agreements.

You will work with stakeholders, project teams and suppliers to deliver value, manage risk, ensure compliance, and support technology and business transformation projects within Strategic

• Proven experience leading complex ICT procurement and sourcing activities.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into procurement documentation and commercial arrangements.
• Experience developing, negotiating and managing ICT contracts and supplier agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities for ICT, technology, software, consulting and managed services.
• Develop sourcing strategies and commercial outcomes that support business objectives.
• Negotiate ICT contracts, Statements of Work, contract variations and supplier agreements.
• Lead supplier evaluations and negotiations, assessing terms, pricing and risks.
• Provide procurement support for ICT, ERP, digital and business projects with governance and probity in mind.
• Maintain procurement records and contribute to process improvements.
