Fujifilm Business Innovation Australia in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Strategic Sales team. You will manage day-to-day customer inquiries, orders and account changes while supporting our Strategic Account Directors to drive growth and build a strong sales pipeline.

Formación

• Experience in a managed services or sales support role within a tech or B2B environment.
• Proven ability to accurately manage customer orders, account changes and enquiries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day contact for customers, call and email enquiries, orders, deliveries and account changes
• Identify customer needs, research accounts and qualify opportunities to help build the sales pipeline
• Partner with Strategic Account Directors and internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and contract information
• Support reporting, order accuracy and administrative requirements for the sales team
