Fujifilm Business Innovation Australia in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Strategic Sales team. You will manage day-to-day customer inquiries, orders and account changes while supporting our Strategic Account Directors to drive growth and build a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contact for customers, call and email enquiries, orders, deliveries and account changes
• Identify customer needs, research accounts and qualify opportunities to help build the sales pipeline
• Partner with Strategic Account Directors and internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and contract information
• Support reporting, order accuracy and administrative requirements for the sales team

THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join our highly skilled Strategic Sales team in Brisbane.

As a key day-to-day contact for our customers, you will manage enquiries, orders, account changes and operational requirements while supporting our Strategic Account Directors to focus on strategic customer engagement and business growth.

This is more than a customer support role. You will help identify customer needs, uncover opportunities for additional solutions and contribute to building a strong sales pipeline. For someone looking to develop their commercial capability, the role provides valuable exposure to strategic accounts and a potential pathway toward Account Manager opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day contact for customers, managing call and email enquiries, orders, deliveries and account changes
• Identify customer needs, research accounts and qualify opportunities to help build the sales pipeline
• Partner with Strategic Account Directors and internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and contract information

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a managed services, service delivery or sales support role, preferably within a technology or B2B environment
• Proven ability to accurately manage customer orders, account changes and enquiries
• Confidence identifying customer needs and discussing potential solutions
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
