Job summary

Maxlife Care is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to lead and coordinate organisation-wide corporate and administrative functions in our Sydney NSW operation. Qualifications

• The successful applicant will have a bachelor-level or higher qualification in business administration, management, commerce or related discipline.
• Substantial relevant experience in corporate services, business administration or organisational resource management.
• Demonstrated experience leading administrative employees and coordinating organisation-wide corporate functions.
• Experience contributing to budgets, financial planning and management reporting.
• Strong policy development, analytical and business-reporting skills.
• Experience managing business systems, facilities, procurement or supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and leadership skills; and
• Ability to manage competing priorities across a growing multi-site organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational advice to senior management concerning corporate administration, workforce planning and allocation of organisational resources.
• Develop, implement and review administrative, financial and operational policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Coordinate corporate resources, including administrative staff, facilities, technology, equipment and external service providers.
• Assist senior management with annual budgets, financial forecasts, expenditure monitoring and operational reporting.
• Analyse complex administrative and resource-management issues and prepare reports, business cases and recommendations.
• Lead and develop corporate administration employees, allocate responsibilities and monitor performance and service standards.
• Oversee corporate information systems, business records and document-control processes to ensure accurate and timely management information.
• Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships, including evaluating proposals and negotiating commercial arrangements.
• Monitor administrative performance, operational risks, audit findings and complaints data to identify organisation-wide improvements.
• Ensure corporate systems and procedures support the NDIS Practice Standards, privacy requirements and Maxlife Care’s quality-management framework.
• Represent Maxlife Care in meetings and negotiations with suppliers, professional advisers, industry representatives and other external stakeholders.
• Report regularly to executive management on corporate-services performance, staffing, expenditure, projects and improvement initiatives.
