Job summary

Maxlife Care is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to lead and coordinate our organisation-wide corporate and administrative functions. This senior role supports executive management and ensures workforce administration, financial planning, facilities, information systems, policies and resources effectively support NDIS operations.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, management, commerce or closely related discipline.
• Experience leading administrative employees and coordinating organisation-wide corporate functions.
• Experience contributing to budgets, financial planning and management reporting.
• Strong policy development, analytical and business-reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across a growing multi-site organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational advice to senior management concerning corporate administration, workforce planning and allocation of organisational resources.
• Develop, implement and review administrative, financial and operational policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Coordinate corporate resources, including administrative staff, facilities, technology, equipment and external service providers.
• Assist senior management with annual budgets, financial forecasts, expenditure monitoring and operational reporting.
• Analyse complex administrative and resource-management issues and prepare reports, business cases and recommendations.
• Lead and develop corporate administration employees, allocate responsibilities and monitor performance and service standards.
• Oversee corporate information systems, business records and document-control processes to ensure accurate and timely management information.
• Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships, including evaluating proposals and negotiating commercial arrangements.
• Monitor administrative performance, operational risks, audit findings and complaints data to identify organisation-wide improvements.
• Ensure corporate systems and procedures support the NDIS Practice Standards, privacy requirements and Maxlife Care’s quality-management framework.
• Represent Maxlife Care in meetings and negotiations with suppliers, professional advisers, industry representatives and other external stakeholders.
• Report regularly to executive management on corporate-services performance, staffing, expenditure, projects and improvement initiatives.
