Job summary

Maxlife Care is seeking a business development professional to strengthen community engagement and referral partnerships in NSW. You will build trusted relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, hospital teams and community organisations, driving growth and brand visibility.

You will report to the Head of Client Partnerships and travel across the South Coast region, delivering presentations and coordinating with the clinical leadership to ensure seamless referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in business development or community engagement.
• Strong understanding of NDIS and disability sector.</br>
• Proven ability to build networks and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with coordinators, LACs, hospital teams, and partner organisations.
• Identify referral growth opportunities aligned with Maxlife Care’s focus on complex supports.
• Represent Maxlife Care at events to boost brand visibility and trust.
• Deliver informative presentations and information sessions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Transitions Manager and clinical leadership to manage referrals.
• Analyse community needs to inform business development priorities.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular pipeline reporting.
