Maxlife Care seeks a seasoned Business Improvement Manager to lead corporate services, workforce planning, budgeting and information systems across NSW sites. You will shape policies, coordinate facilities, procurement and reporting to support ND​IS operations.

The role requires strategic insight, stakeholder management and leadership across a growing multi-site organisation. Full-time role based in St Leonards/Sydney with salary around $130,000 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, management, commerce or related field.
  • Substantial experience in corporate services and resource management.
  • Experience leading administrative teams and coordinating organisation-wide functions.
  • Experience contributing to budgets, financial planning and management reporting.
  • Strong policy development, analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with business systems, facilities, procurement or supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational advice to senior management on corporate administration and resources.
  • Develop and review administrative, financial and operational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate corporate resources including staff, facilities, technology and external providers.
  • Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, expenditure monitoring and reporting.
  • Analyse complex issues and prepare reports, business cases and recommendations.
  • Lead corporate administration employees, allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
  • Oversee information systems, records and document-control processes.
  • Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships.
  • Monitor performance, risks and complaints data to drive improvements.
  • Ensure systems support NDIS Practice Standards and quality framework.
  • Represent Maxlife Care in meetings with suppliers and external stakeholders.
  • Report to executive management on performance and initiatives.

About Maxlife Care

Maxlife Care is an established NDIS service provider delivering person-centred support to participants with complex needs across multiple locations in New South Wales. Our continued growth requires strong corporate systems, effective resource planning and consistent administrative practices throughout the organisation.

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to lead and coordinate our organisation-wide corporate and administrative functions. This senior position will support executive management and ensure that our workforce administration, financial planning, facilities, information systems, policies and business resources effectively support our NDIS operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational advice to senior management concerning corporate administration, workforce planning and allocation of organisational resources.
  • Develop, implement and review administrative, financial and operational policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Coordinate corporate resources, including administrative staff, facilities, technology, equipment and external service providers.
  • Assist senior management with annual budgets, financial forecasts, expenditure monitoring and operational reporting.
  • Analyse complex administrative and resource-management issues and prepare reports, business cases and recommendations.
  • Lead and develop corporate administration employees, allocate responsibilities and monitor performance and service standards.
  • Oversee corporate information systems, business records and document-control processes to ensure accurate and timely management information.
  • Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships, including evaluating proposals and negotiating commercial arrangements.
  • Monitor administrative performance, operational risks, audit findings and complaints data to identify organisation-wide improvements.
  • Ensure corporate systems and procedures support the NDIS Practice Standards, privacy requirements and Maxlife Care’s quality-management framework.
  • Represent Maxlife Care in meetings and negotiations with suppliers, professional advisers, industry representatives and other external stakeholders.
  • Report regularly to executive management on corporate-services performance, staffing, expenditure, projects and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and experience

The successful applicant will have:

  • a bachelor's degree or higher qualification in business administration, management, commerce or a closely related discipline;
  • Substantial relevant experience in corporate services, business administration or organisational resource management;
  • Demonstrated experience leading administrative employees and coordinating organisation-wide corporate functions;
  • Experience contributing to budgets, financial planning and management reporting;
  • Strong policy development, analytical and business-reporting skills;
  • Experience managing business systems, facilities, procurement or supplier relationships;
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and leadership skills; and
  • The ability to manage competing priorities across a growing multi-site organisation.

Experience in the NDIS, disability services, healthcare or another regulated service environment will be highly regarded.
