You will play a critical role in shaping governance practices and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Experience in contract management and governance for complex contracts.
• Experience handling obligations, reporting and compliance.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to advise stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.

• Support negotiations of new contracts and variations per strategic direction.
• Maintain the Obligations Management Framework and monitor performance.
• Implement governance processes to optimise contractual performance.
• Provide timely reporting and insights on contract matters.
