Job summary

Bupa is seeking an experienced Service Delivery and Support Readiness Lead to join our Health Services Contract team in Melbourne for a 6 Month FTC, with some travel required.

This role requires coordinating across operational, clinical, technology, and commercial stakeholders, guiding readiness activities, and ensuring effective governance and change management throughout the transition. Applicants must be Australian citizens with suitable security clearance or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting operational readiness and service delivery mobilisation in a complex service environment.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, track progress and follow up actions.
• Understanding of governance, risk and issue management, action tracking and CI practices.
• Experience in healthcare, government, Defence, outsourced service delivery or regulated environments is desirable.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, health, project management, change management, operations or related discipline are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inputs from operational, clinical, technology, people, commercial and program stakeholders to align requirements and implementation activities.
• Support working groups and governance by preparing materials, capturing decisions and actions, and maintaining records.
• Prepare status updates, briefing inputs and reports for operational leaders and governance bodies.
• Coordinate change, engagement, communications and training activities for new or changed processes and systems.
• Build productive relationships across program and operational teams with customer-focused approach.
