Bupa Australia is seeking an experienced Reporting and Governance Lead to strengthen our Health Services team, based in Sydney or Melbourne, on a 6 Month FTC. The role focuses on program reporting, governance, and analytical synthesis for senior audiences.

You will design and operate governance frameworks, consolidate multi-workstream inputs, and deliver decision-ready insights while coordinating risk, issues and dependencies with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in program reporting and governance for large, regulated environments.
• Ability to consolidate multi-workstream information for senior forums.
• Formal PMO or governance training is desirable.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, management, or related discipline.
• Australian citizenship and suitability for security clearance is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead coordination of progress reports and risk/issue tracking.
• Develop templates for workstream reports and milestones.
• Coordinate risk, issue and dependency management with the Governance Manager and workstream leads.
• Prepare concise risk and issue summaries and track remediation actions.
• Maintain a central repository of governance documents with version control.
• Coach teams to improve clarity and consistency of inputs.
